Hello, welcome to F3 Yoga Meditation Channel Myself Yoga Guru Shambhu Sharan Jha & today I’ll tell you how to get rid of Blood Pressure Let us understand what are the actions to be taken in low and high BP First of all, in morning do gargle and drink 3 glass of water (Slowly drinking) Once the water is finished, do Naadi Shodhan Pranayama. You can do this after freshen up or before that too So, Naadi Shodhan Pranayam is must in this & let me tell you how to do it Take long and deep breath and release That was 1 time so you have to do it for 21 times That will be counted as 1 set and here you have to do 2 sets of pranayama As I said that you must do 2 sets of Naadi Shodhan Pranayama You can even increase it to 5 sets as well But that too as per your capacity and you can increase it slowly As this will give you more physical benefits Lets talk about eating habits. Decrease the Salt intake especially those who are suffering from high BP If possible try to use Black Salt & Rock Salt as they are more beneficial for you Also use Hibiscus Flower (Which is used for worship basically).You can wash it and have it like this Otherwise you can boil it in water and let that water cool down, you can drink it & it will be good for you in BP Secondly, try to use fruits in the morning. For example- Apple Even grapes as it calms the mind so it will surely be helpful in BP because of its health properties So when both of these fruits are available in season then you can use Apple & Grapes With empty stomach and try to avoid other breakfast and prefer fruits only So if you’ll follow these tips then surely this problem will be resolved Thank you
