Hello & welcome to F3 Yoga and Meditation Myself Yoga Guru Shri Shambhu Sharan Jha & today I’m going to talk about “Skin Diseases” Skin – Everybody admires and likes the beautiful face but now a days Our eating habits, lifestyle and environment is polluted Air for breathing, food items which gives very bad impact over the skin All of us is having some or another skin problem Even though they use expensive cosmetic products however they are unable to control the skin problem I firmly believe, this is related with blood and if we purify our blood then all our skin problems will be resolved Being a Yoga Guru I’ll advice you can do Surya Bhedi & Chandra Bhedi Pranayama for 12 times each Also prior you do 1 set of Nadi Shodhan Pranayama Though I’ve explained you but let me tell you once again Inhale long and deep breath and exhale. Do 1 set of this and then do Surya Bhedi Panayama Inhale from right nostril and follow the pattern of 4:16:8. Have a look That was 4 and now 16.. 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13.14.15.16 Now I’ll exhale it while counting till 8 One.. Now close the left nostril Four ….1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13.14.15.16 and exhale it while counting till 8 Once again Inhale for 4 times Hold for 16 times 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13.14.15.16 and exhale it while counting till 8 So the way we did for 3 times but you have to do it 12 times i.e Surya Bhedi Pranayama And then you have to do 1 set of Nadi Shodhan Pranayama Do this for 20 times, inhale long and deep breath and exhale Now while doing Chandra Bhedi Pranayama you have to do it right nostril and follow the pattern of 4:16:8 Inhale from left nostril 4 and then 16..1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13.14.15.16 8 times and then 4..and now 16.. .1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13.14.15.16 So that was 4 and then 16…1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13.14.15.16 So that was Nadi Shodhan Pranayama and then Surya Bhedi Pranayama for 12 times Back again Nadi Shodhan and then Chandra Bhedi Pranayama So after doing all of them, to an extent your skin problems will be solved You can also use margosa leaves, boil margosa leaves in water and take bath with it You can also apply margosa extracted water on your skin’s affected area with the help of cotton Following this tip will make your skin improve and glow as well Also it will cure many other problems related to your skin Thanks you and do incorporate them in your lifestyle
