Hello, My Gumis~ This is Chanmi from likeCHANMI! Today, I’m planning to share some thoughts with you after a long time! Actually I’m not going to exercise that much recently. It’s a tough situation, so we’re all refraining from going to places with a lot of people, right? I’m not going to the gym as much as before, and to only exercise at home, my will kept weakening! So I’m also experiencing a slump about diet. And I thought there would be My Gumis who is also experiencing slump like me so I turned on the camera because I think it would be nice to share thoughts with you guys. Getting over a slump during the diet is really.. Also hard for me. Slump happened because we did so hard until now so it’s too harsh to say ‘Do harder’ and it’s too irresponsible to say ‘Then just give up and enjoy it for the moment’ So for me, I’m the type of person that finds every way possible! What I do is.. 1. I change my exercising planning For example, I’m used to getting personal training in the gym and that’s how I exercise, manage my weight and body. And trying next exercise helped a lot. For me, I stopped going to the gym for a moment and I went swimming or learn Pilates. Doing new type of exercise aside from the original repeating exercise pattern really helped a lot. Like stopping the gym and running outside is also nice! Even if we don’t spend much money on exercise, jumping ropes or home training is also helpful as long as it’s a new kind of exercise. And 2ndly, changing of meal plan was effective, too. If we’re on a diet, the kinds of foods we eat narrow down, right? And if we start eating according to our body, we’re actually repeating our meal plan all the time. That’s why we get bored easily.. And in this life.. How big is the joy of eating, right? But we don’t have that joy anymore so the slump comes even faster. So I have this chicken breast that I eat whenever I’m tired of eating chicken breast anymore It’s ‘So-Mat-Dak’ from Goobne Mall, or so called ‘Chicken with delicious sauce’ If I mix that chicken breast with ordinary chicken breast, I was able to do diet longer. So that’s how I eat it. And this time the Goobne Mall released a lunch box! The rice is mostly Konjac so it has low carbohydrate, and protein is well portioned, too. They even have veggies so we can save a lot of time and hassle of preparing it, And we can eat various menus. And I thought it would be good, so I’m eating it recently. I think this is one of the way how I get over my slump. If I just mention like this, I think many of you will be asking questions about the lunch box in the comments. When I’m done explaining the slump, I’ll continue explaining the lunch box, too. And I try pausing diet, too. We have to do it forever, but we can’t actually do it forever, right? We might have a get-together, or we might crave for stimulating food, too. So you might be sad and depressed when you find yourself holding back, right? If then, try stopping the meal plan or exercise even for 3 days, even just for the weekend! I stop everything and I try focusing more on how I feel at those times. I pause for about a week. I spend the whole week to take care of myself. Since we’re not experiencing slump because we’re physically hard, but because we’re mentally having a hard time. That’s why I try stopping everything and I focus most on taking care of myself. Meet those people you couldn’t meet because of the diet and meal plan, and drink alcohol if you want to, just have a good rest worrying about nothing! If you take a good rest for a week, your body will start feeling itchy and start thinking ‘shall I start working out?’ that’s when you start exercising lightly! If you try to exercise how you used to, it won’t work. Your ability won’t be able to make it and you’ll get stressed again because of that. You don’t need to do that. Lower it much than how you used to do and start from light exercising! If you were doing 40-50, only do 20-30. Like that. I think that’s how I get over my slump.. And.. And I talked a lot, too. With my friends who exercise together and the members of AOA I also talk a lot with my personal trainer If I share “I am now experiencing slump on my diet..” Since everyone has the same experience and that time in their lives And I ask them how did they deal with that We also text each other, too “Did you exercise today?” “I’m going to the gym now, let’s go together” “You didn’t go?”
“Let’s go together next time!” Something like that So having an exercise partner can also be a good solution to recover from slump, too. But if things go bad you can be in a slump together.. So you have to be careful though haha Even though you can’t exercise together, just having a partner who can share and talk about exercise can be also a good way I.. I think that’s how I recover from slump Ah! Buying pretty clothes, too! If we exercise, our body figure becomes pretty, right? So when you’re experiencing slump, buy a pretty dress that you wanted to wear Put on that dress and go where you wanted to go or do what you wanted to do In my case, I try to feel satisfied through that. After all my effort doing diet and exercise, I can have the pretty look that I want, and go to a place that I like and do what I like to do, and I can feel so much better! In this way, I think it’s really important to feel satisfied My small self-satisfaction can be a great help to overcome the slump. I’m getting over my slump in different ways like this. I think many of My Gumis are also experiencing slump right now I’m also kinda afraid to go to the gym Therefore, I go to the gym much less And even if I wanted to, I keep making excuses because I don’t want to go I’m also feeling like that recently I think My Gumis will feel the same, too Let’s all take good care of ourselves and overcome this time together And for my Gumis who are in lazy mode at home I brought a simple lunch box that you can eat easily, too Shall I introduce the lunch box you’ve been curious about? Well guys! These are the chicken breast lunch box that I’m going to introduce today! (298 kcal / 367 mg) There are 6 types of lunch box like this so there’s an advantage that you can enjoy different menu every day without getting bored All 6 of them are 299 calories So this is also good because you can eat without worrying about the calories And from what I felt, the food combination is also good. If rice is bland and chicken breast is also bland, we get bored, right? But for example, this is the nutritious rice lunch box with konjac and sweet squash with combination of spicy chili flavored chicken breast sausage So the chicken breast has a spicy taste, so the rice is a bit simple or sweet In this way the amount of sodium is well controlled so I think it’s pretty good Personally, I liked these two lunch boxes most

It tastes just like that! Woah it’s amazing that this isn’t even 300 calories.. The sauce is really delicious~ I also like this because the chicken breast isn’t dry! You know that ordinary chicken breast is really dry, right? But this isn’t dry but it’s moist so I’m not choking on it. With food like this.. I can diet really longer.. (Gemi is here again) Baby!!! Come up then, sit here. It’s even hard to eat with a baby.. (Give me, too..) Konjac rice isn’t soggy! Most of the Konjac rice is slightly soggy but the texture is like actual rice. So I hope people who have bad memories with Konjac rice will try this, too. The chicken breast is so delicious.. It’s a trouble.. For lunch boxes like this, I think I’d want to eat it even when it’s bothering to cook if I’m not on a diet. If cooking is too bothersome and if you have this lunch box at home, you won’t be giving up diet much often. If you fail to do one meal plan, you’ll start thinking ‘Today is a failure anyway’, right? But if you have these, it’s it’s easy to carry, too. I’m kinda full now.. I think protein makes you full fast though.. No? (Last bite..) The sauce is really delicious! For those people who have to eat more chicken breast or protein, I think it would be really delicious if you dip the ordinary chicken breast in this sauce! Ha.. Sso delicious..
