Yeah, Its very Important to know why should we do it. As a singer your body is your Instrument and i don’t need to tell you, nobody but you have to take care of your body (Instrument) So, you have to take care of your instrument maintain it regularly, work on it increase its capacity and stamina Because when your Perform or Practice its your body that supports you throughout. And the better your body the better will be your performance that ease and freedom will be in your voice and also in your singing because, it works as a whole. That’s why it becomes very essential to maintain your body Secondly, when you stretch your body your breathing muscles expands, their capacity it also increased therefore you can inhale more breathe and hold it also You can perform at ease The tension in your body is reduced. The Most important factor in your performance is how relaxed you are while performing Because if your not relaxed. that won’t reflect in your voice, singing, and nor it will reach to your audience Thirdly, it enhances the blood circulation in your body Your muscles and your body gets active so that your can use it to its max capacity so vocal practice is important but more than that its important to give attention to your body through which you are doing all Directly or Indirectly you will surely feel the difference as you keep doing it, You’ll realise So, all these exercises that I’ve shown you have to do it before Practice or Performance everyday and You’ll see the result right away i don’t need to tell you how important it is.
