Can someone help me with extended leg exercices ?When I am in a leg extend position I feel like my articulation is poping when I bring them down near to the rest position, it is realy unconfortable and I do not know if I do something wrong or if I should just find another exercice

My friends have a 6,8 and 10 pack and I ride their backs will they do press-ups!!! And when they start exercising in 2015 and they continue until 2020 to show their abs results on Justin Bieber's 26th birthday on 01/03/2020 The one with their big biceps and triceps wins in round 2 the next one is who can do 500 bar ups! And if you are sweating? Have a break in 250 bar ups to have a break and some water to keep your abs pumping! but if you stop? (0/490 bar ups) your out! And then if you win (500/500 bar ups) your in the king Pigeon's royal final! And in the final your going to some press-ups and I will be siting your back because I'm the king pigeon! And see how many kg of a heavy weight and stone to weigh as you do press-ups but the revery pigeon will place a weight as you continue but it will go green light and red light Notes: Green light means start press-ups but when it gets to red light that means a revery pigeon will place a weight in your back but if it's about 50kg then the iron Golems will lift the 50kg in the air after the revery pigeon place a weight in your back!!But if you can't lift the weight in your back the pigeon will say "your score is…—- weight and —- press-ups!!" But if you win you will get £100!!! But if you lose you are having 1p (penny) don't forget to tell Justin Bieber that!!!
