15 Minute HIIT Workout // GLUTES, HIPS & THIGHS


what’s up guys welcome back to my

subscribe button if you like what you see I’m posting brand new full-length
workouts every week today’s workout is going to target the hips and the thighs
we’re gonna be using some resistance today I’m using 10 pound dumbbells use
whatever you have on hand you can also do these exercises without any weight
totally body weighted it’ll still do the trick we’re going to be doing a hiit
style workout today so 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest in
between I’m going to show you seven different moves and we’re gonna get
through two rounds so in total about 15 minutes of work alright guys so grab
your weights if you’ve got them I’m getting started right now alright guys that is it
