3 BIG MISTAKES THAT GIVE YOU A SMALL BUTT


I’m gonna be talking about three mistakes that I see people making consistently that keep their booty from making progress as you guys know I post a lot of lower body exercises because the booty is very important however I’ve noticed that there is a difference between the people that are seeing results and the people that are not seeing results so in this video I want to talk to the people that are struggling if your booty is not doing what you want it to do it’s not responding to exercise if you’ve given it CPR and it’s not doing the what it’s supposed to be doing then this video is for you the number one mistake is that you’re doing good exercises but they’re not the most effective exercises you’re doing exercises that will work in maybe six months when you could be doing exercises that will work within six weeks or less or even a matter of days depending on where you’re starting from you don’t have time to be doing exercises that are wasting your time and I’ll tell you which exercises that will not waste your time but let’s talk about the second mistake oh my god this is a big one the second mistake I see people making is starting at the wrong time and I’ll explain what I mean some people are trying to do the most you’re trying to get abs girl booty get snatched get a man buy a house get a dog change your life all at once I’ll explain to you the best time to start trying to improve your butt but a lot of people are just not getting their timing right the third mistake I see people making is that they are trying to stay the same and it’s good to be consistent but there is something that’s more important than consistency and the people that are struggling they are missing this third thing so now that I’ve told you what the three biggest mistakes are let’s talk about how to fix them going back to mistake number one the first mistake is doing exercises that are good but they’re not correct because they’re not very efficient exercises like the one on the stair climber machine I kid you not every time I go to the gym there are two girls they’re usually friends there on the Stairmaster and they’re raising their leg on the Stairmaster trying to target their booty no shade if you’re that girl or that girl’s friend but I just want you to know that what you’re doing is good and I’m proud of you for even going to the gym at all but if you’re trying to get your booty right and tight that is not the most efficient way to go about it even if you’re just doing glute activation still not the best way to activate your glutes so what is an example of an exercise that is efficient effective legendary for the purpose of growing the booty I’ll tell you it is none other than the Almighty be amazing my favorite booty exercise glute bridges I kid you not glute bridges are hands-down the most efficient and effective exercise to get your booty snatched especially if you’re a beginner you may have also heard about hip thrusts hip thrusts are just like glute bridges except that you’re going through a longer range of motion because your back is elevated my personal opinion is that glute bridges are still better than hip thrusts because they are so easy to do and they are so effective when I started my fitness journey this was one of the first exercises I incorporated into my routine and let me tell you it took my booty from zero to 100 real quick I even have a video on my channel that is just glute bridges and if you really really really really want the t that video is probably one of the most important videos you can do in your booty routine you are welcome the second mistake that I talked about was starting out the wrong time I don’t want to discourage you from wanting to make changes what I’m trying to do is encourage you to be selective about the changes you’re making so you can focus and get things done there is a time that is the best time to start working on during your booty here’s my advice the best time to start working on your booty is when you have reached all of your other weight loss goal it doesn’t mean that you can’t work on your booty if you’re not yet at your ideal weight it’s just that if you’re trying to target the maximum results the best time you can do so is if you’re already at or around your ideal weight so if you’re really far from your ideal weight my advice to you is to not worry too much about the booty don’t worry too much about the booty just focus on getting to your ideal weight and when you get there then you can start thinking okay now what can I do what can I do what can I do about this movie and why the real truth about growing your booty is that if you grow your booty you are probably going to gain weight this is just biology so if you’re not at your ideal weight if you’re over your ideal weight and then you gain weight because you’re trying to get your booty to look nice they just it doesn’t it doesn’t work but if you are underweight or you have room to gain some weight that is actually one of the most perfect places to be to grow your booty because you can eat freely knowing that you’re doing the right exercises which I already talked about and that all that food all that energy is going toward engineering the booty of the gods the third mistake I talked about was you not maybe not you your friend is trying to stay the same oh here’s what I’m talking about and how you can fix that you have to be willing to make progress start off by aiming for consistency and then once you achieve consistency you need to start aiming for progress that progress usually means adding weights into your routine and when I say weights I just need some simple dumbbells I have some dumbbells behind me here these are 5 pound dumbbells that’s a great place to start when you’re doing your glute bridges you may want to just start which is bodyweight and then when you feel consistent you feel good you got the movement down add a couple of pounds in there that extra weight is going to be the thing that will trigger your body and your hormones to go into overdrive to get your booty poppin those are the three biggest mistakes I see people making in this booty game
