unleash your 3rd eye guided meditation 3rd eye perception helps to place situations
into perspective, to see things from a different narrative. It
could be used in some form to predict certain events in yours or someone
else’s life. To go back in time to experience events that have already
taken place but can also be used to create a grounding aspect within
yourself, to create confidence and strength.
To awaken your 3rd eye is to see things in your mind’s eye and to open you up
as a person. Your own personal reasons for activating and
utilizing the 3rd eye is up to you , this guided meditation should make the experience
a little bit easier. Before the activation, a clearing and grounding
needs to take place. Make sure that your are comfortable and that
all distractions are far enough away so you won’t be disturbed.
If the need arises to attend to anything important you can simply stop this audio
and come back to it later. The preferable way to start activating the
3rd eye is in the sitting position but if you
are laying down that’s just fine. Start by choosing an area in front that you
can place a fixed stare upon. Once you have chosen your area, simply try
to keep your eyes focused on that area, it doesn’t
matter if you blink, it only matters that your concentration is there. Take notice of your breathing.
So, now the visual is of an area in front of you and your breathing should become more
audible, the more you let yourself go.
As each breath is inhaled and exhaled you become more and more relaxed and you may even
notice a few things.
Your may see little sparkles of light around the area your eyes are fixed upon, any outside
noise fades away as you may only hear your own breathing. Even
my voice may slip away to the point that your subconcious takes over.
With each breath you take your a wave of relaxation slips down your shoulders to your arms and
back. The feeling of letting go relaxes you further
as your eyes may start to close. sparkles of light and breathing is all you
experience right now combined with a relief of calmness.
Any taught feeling you have in your hands disperses as your hands and fingers unclasp
and rest. Your calm breathing has drifted down to your
lower back area and to your waist, which both now feel very loose.
Drifting calmly into a relaxed state, your thighs tingle as your muscles let go to this
blissful feeling. As your upper half is now relaxed, imagine
from the bottom of your spine a cord that reaches downwards.
This is root and ground you. As this cord reaches down visualize it going
deep into the ground below you, like a root of a tree or plant.
Going down deeper, reaching for a place to anchor itself so you feel safe.
The cord has now found it’s resting place and attaches itself firmly in the ground below
you. You may feel as if you are being pulled downwards
as you are being grounded and also may start to feel slighly heavy.
You are now grounded, this cord is there to ensure you are safe and that your perceptions
of reality are still there but seeing them through the 3rd eye.
The feeling of being pulled down has had an effect on your legs and feet which are now
firmly settled in place. Close your eyes now if they are not already
closed. Remaining calm and relaxed feel your own energy
life force flow within you. The energy essence of yourself, the calm interior
of your conscious and subconsious, all the aspects of what is inside you.
Feel the flow of the energy vibrations through out your mind and body.
This can be felt as a vibration, tingling, a warmth or all three.
You may be hearing a humming sound in your ears as if hearing your own heart beating
or it may even sound like a car idling outside.
You may experience smells and sensations you haven’t felt before.
Relax in this state for a moment to take notice of your within. Shift your focus now to the area between your
brows, in the middle and just down from your forehead.
Take the feelings and experiences you may be feeling to that area, focus all your concentration
to the 3rd eye area. Again, you may feel tingling, a vibration
or warmth in this area as you start to the activation process.
Relaxed and in a trance like state your 3rd eye area may feel a slight pressure as it
is awakened. All your focus is in that area now becoming
stronger in anticipation. Have a few moments to yourself to activate
your own 3rd eye. When you have successfully awakened the eye
you may feel a slight pop or may start to see visions that are not thoughts, in
some way it will feel and seem different. With your 3rd eye open take yourself through
what you see, feel, smell and hear. In some ways it may like looking into what
could be described as a black mirror which is hazy or out of focus.
Much in the same way as if you were looking through an object in your own trance.
It could be seen as a daydream state, where you are fully immersed in the scene depicted
in your mind. Take some time to experience this for yourself.
If you have a question, want to focus on a situation in your own life or concentrate
on a particular person, place it within the eye.
Don’t be dissheartened if you do not get your answers staright away as sometimes this process
can take time. When you do get your answer it can be described
as if there is certainty or a knowing. You may also be sent signals or signs that
point you in the right direction and on occassion may have to do some additional
working out from what you see, hear, feel and experience. Now it’s time to bring you back. Remain calm
and relaxed. Close down the eye for now as if closing your
own eyes again whilst they are already shut. Bring your attention back to yourself, your
body and your environment where you first started listening to this guided
meditation. You can now feel your own body, hear the sounds
around you and are very concious. The cord that was keeping grounded is now
receeding back towards the bottom of your spine as you start to regain your awareness.
The cord is now firmly back to your spine and you now may if you wish open your eyes,
being fully concious and awake.
