4 easy yoga poses!


Four easy yoga poses. The first yoga pose is the downward-facing dog combined with the cat pose. It’s a really
good exercise for relieving back pain because you retract and stretch the
spine. It’s a really easy and important part of my daily yoga routine, I always begin with this pose. The second pose is the triangle. This pose stretches all
areas in your body. It’s important to breathe deeply and keep yourself as relaxed as possible. Yoga is about withstanding a pose while using minimal
amounts of energy, so you get the most out of it. The third pose is the so
called warrior two. Bend your knee and stretch your arms completely, switch sides and repeat so you get the maximum potential out of this great pose. It’s important to keep your back straight. It’s great for stretching and
strengthening your legs and it also helps increase your balance. The last pose is the standing forward bend, which is a nice and simple pose for the back. Doing yoga is one of my most beloved activities. It relaxes my entire system
and relieves a lot of pain and stress. I truly find my bliss and calmness when I
do yoga in nature. It’s a great habit to create and maintain.
