Hi, my name is Jaime I’m a full-time producer and a part-time yoga teacher and I travel a lot for my day job as you can See, I’m in a hotel room right now… Tada! And I wanted to show you some really easy yoga poses. You could do anywhere you go even in your hotel room Look, I get it when you’re busy and you’re working 14, 15 hour days like we have been, sometimes the last thing you want to do Is a high intensity workout, even though the gym is right down the corridor for me. I’m like… pffffft… You know? But the best thing you can do for your body is to move So I’ve got three to four different yin yoga poses you can do anywhere. They’re super easy. I hope you enjoy it. There you go, I hope you enjoyed that. Five really simple yin yoga poses First of which is an introductory Grounding meditation pose and the final one of course was a savasana final resting corpse pose that you will always do in most yoga classes and then the three or four yoga poses in between Were some shoulder openers and some hip openers nice way to end the day You know when you’ve been sitting at a desk all day or you’ve just kind of been like hunched over all day It’s good to open up the shoulders and it’s good to open up the hips as well Give yourself some nice grounding and remember to take it easy, take it slow.
