5 GYM HACKS YOU HAVE TO KNOW! Tips for better workouts

today I am fine thank you it’s kind of a fun tricky video that’s
coming up today that’s I’m gonna share with you today because the title is gym
hacks you know typical tricks in the gym now we’re gonna go through them today my
five gym hat tips for you guys the first one you know when you have your favorite
tights on and you realize that the tights are see-through that’s a tricky
one I know that many of you think about this kind of stuff because you’re asking
me which leggings do you think is the best like from gymshark art for example
which one isn’t see-through the first gym hack that I’m gonna show you is just
tie the sweater around your waist and just let it hang over your body and it’s
fine it’s fine and if someone is staring because one they shouldn’t stare nope
don’t do that don’t do that we are in the gym because we want to Train and if
there is a guy staring just turn around and like what the fuck ask him can I
help you with something can I help you no okay fine
and I’m gonna train and you can stand there and you can just be weird
seriously personally I don’t care if my tights are see-through when I do
exercises because I know that yeah when you are squatting and when you
are doing straight deadlifts good morning to whatever it is that stretch
out your stretches out your tights that’s like normal it’s fine you can’t
see my skin you can’t see my ass that’s fine but if I think it’s too much people
in the gym or if I am at a new gym and my pants or other mistake and just take
my sweater and tie it around my waist and it’s fine that was number one did
you know that you can use your mini bands in a different way than just like
when you were training your legs or booty or something else you can actually
use them for the grip when you are training you can use them as a pull
strap yeah you’re using the mini bands on the
bar to get a good grip I like that that’s the thumbs up so as a number
three I was thinking about thinking that I am gonna show you what minivans are
use so this is so good to have like by this and you can have your minibus with
you and you don’t have to go hunting for them at the gym because yeah you will
never find them because people take stuff there are bad people so a new
thing this three I have one day’s heavy one day this medium and one that is

good and it’s colorful as well I like that as I’m using this and I also have
one of those thingies and I have one more that is a little bit yeah heavier
so number three gym hack get yourself a pair of minivans and resistant pants
because these are so amazing to have with you in your gym bag always you can
always have fun with these you know when you are kind of short as I
am I am 158 centimeters so I’m a shorty shorty girl and I have some problems in
the gym when I am you know I have to climb up for the pull-up chin up and I
have to climb up on the bench when I am doing less and stuff when I am in the
street sitting link machine and when I am in this one I am too short for I want
you you know when you are pushing with the with the feet
I want to go so much deeper to get that good contact but I can’t do that because
aren’t you short for the machine so what to do we are gonna use a yoga mat yoga
carpets so we’re just gonna roll this up we’re gonna place that in the back of
the share when you are sitting in the machine by using this carpet this yoga
carpet behind me on the seats and in the back of the seat this is gonna bring me
closer when I am doing the presses so I can come so much closer and deeper in
the press this is a thing that I am using like every time I train my legs
because I love this machine it’s a favorite of mine but when I’m not using
the carpet in the back I don’t feel it as much as I do when I have the carpet
because yeah as I said I can go so much more deeper in the exercise so number
four is so good try that one last but not least number five this is a
really good hatch in the gym actually you know when you are on a bench and you
don’t want to have it like straight up you don’t want to have it too much
incline you want to have it somewhere in between that then I have the trick for
you yes I have I am using a one-kilo Dumbo and I am placing it it’s often
that it happens that I want to have the bench and the incline like just in
between straights and like this incline by using this one kilo Dumbo I can get
the seeds just where I want it I’m not telling you that you can do this on
every bench that you have but you maybe have some that is similar to mine so you
can’t do this if you want it just in between I think it’s a really good tip
and I really love it and I’m using it so many times so many times during my
