Hello friends, often a layer of fat get deposited just below our Jaws and forms a fold, this food is termed as double chin. This not only gives and bad impression but it is also not good for health. But you need not have to worry as in this video we are going to discuss five most easy exercises which if you perform it regularly will remove double chin instantly. So let’s get started. Friends our first exercise for double chin is kissing the ceiling Friends, actually we have flat muscles on the front of the neck which we call it as platysma. This muscle which originates from the collar bone and it run reports in front of the neck and get inserts into the front of the jaw. We often ignore this muscles, actually we all ignore it and this results in slow depositions of fat around the front of the neck below the jaw. The deposited fat gives the impression that there is one more chin and thus we call it a double chin. So if we exercise this platysma muscle, slowly the fats will burn and it will reduce the double chin. So in the kissing the ceiling exercise what we have to do is to look towards the ceiling like this and you will feel a stretch in front of the neck over here, then you have to do as if your trying to kiss the ceiling and hold this kissing position for a minimum of 5 seconds. When you will perform this exercise you will feel stretch over this front of the neck below the jaw area. Let me demonstrate it in the side view. So repeat this exercise for a minimum of 20 to 25 repetition in single session. Our next exercises is forward jaw movement. In this exercise first you have to look towards the ceiling and then you have to move yours jaws forward like this It is slightly different from the exercise we just discussed, if you observe it in a side view you can observe that I am moving my jaws forward. Repeat it for minimum of 20 to 25 times in a single session. The third exercises is neck rolling exercise. For this exercise first you have to bend your neck towards one side you well stretch on this side and rotate your neck like this repeat it for two to three times and then repeat the same procedure on the other side like this. Repeat it for as many time as possible but do it for minimum of 20 to 25 times in a single session. Our fourth exercise is fish face exercise. This is an interesting exercise as we will try to make our face look like a fish. For this you have to suck your chins inside and fold your lips inside your mouth. The exercise will look like something like this This exercise will also help to stretch the platysma muscles and burn the fat. Let me demonstrate in the side view. Fifth exercises is ball press exercise. Friends, for this exercise we have to use and 9 inch ball. But as I don’t have ball with me I am going to demonstrate it with the roll of a cotton, but for best effect of the exercise you need to use a ball. First place the ball below your jaws and then try to press the ball with the Jaws hold this position for 5 seconds and then release it slowly.
