5 Yoga Poses To Do Every Day | Everyday Yoga Poses | Yoga Poses for Daily Practice | ChriskaYoga


Hi, I’m Christina and welcome to my channel Crysta yoga in today’s video I will be discussing 5 yoga poses that you should be doing every single day so in this video I will be going over all 5 yoga poses that I think you should practice on a daily basis Before we get started if you are not yet subscribed to this channel hit that subscribe button down below I post two free yoga classes on this channel every single week It is completely free to subscribe and I would love to have you as a subscriber and as a part of this growing community of awesome lovely nice people So let’s get started the first yoga pose that I’m going to talk about is ET d’histoire sana in Tadasana Which is the Sanskrit term for basically standing in Mountain Pose and raising your arms up? It is basically a very simple full body stretch, so you’re standing tall on two feet And you’re lengthening your entire body up you’re stretching both of your sides lengthening the side body It’s the perfect yoga pose or anything to do when you first wake up in the morning just stand up out of bed Stand up tall nice and even on both of your feet and the length in your entire body It’s also great to do during maybe a midday slump If you need some energy, and you want to just wake your body up after sitting for so long This one is just amazing the second pose I’m going to be talking about is technically two poses it is cat and Cow captain cow is a great way to warm your body up from the core. It’s a very gentle warmup That’s why I do it at the beginning of most of my yoga classes because Repeating it over and over just kind of warms your body up from the spine if your upper cold And you want to warm up quickly Just get down on your hands and knees and go into some cat and cow because that is a surefire way to Warm up your body your whole body not to men it Just gets your body moving it gets your blood flowing and it helps you to be more mindful since you are actively Coordinating your movement with your breath You’re doing one movement with one breath so when you’re inhaling you’re coming into cow pose and on your exhale You’re coming into cat pose. Yeah cat and cow the number three pose I’m going to be talking about is thread the needle also known as supine pigeon it stretches the piriformis Which can get tight very often as well it? softens the hip sockets so you’re coming into flexion and That is great for lubricating your joints and making them more mobile it’s great for just overall hip flexibility and Keeping your hips nice and supple and flexible is an excellent way to Manage your stress levels because we carry so much stress emotional stress anxiety in our hips so if you’re feeling just overwhelmed kind of very emotional and anxious about things you should definitely check on your hips make sure that they’re not tight and Stretch them out And it’s very likely that even just the act of stretching out your hips will help with your Stress and anxiety levels the next pose. I’m going to talk about is kind of a broad range of poses that you can do but twists so any kind of twists I really like the restorative twists just lying down and Placing both legs to one side and twisting your upper body to the other side you can even do a seated twist which is also Excellent just getting a twist and really helps mobility in your upper body back tension it helps to alleviate some of that low back pain that we get when we sit for such long periods Of time as most of us do every single day that is why you combat it with a twist So if you can get that twist in any kind of twist that works best for you on that day Try and squeeze that into your daily routine The final polls that I’m going to talk about today is plank Plank is a strengthener It is really challenging so if you’re looking to build strength tone your muscles Your whole body will benefit from?
