Were all leading increasingly busy lives from
morning to evening our schedules are jam packed. When i comes time for bed time we often have
trouble switching off. So today we are going to go through a short
Yoga sequences that you do before bed to insure a restful nights sleep. So the idea is you are going to dim the lights,
shut down all electronic equipment, perhaps play some light music in the back ground,
get into your PJ’s and just relax with your breath. The first pose is seated wide angle pose. Begin to fold forward from the hips walking
your hands out in from of you. The third poses is legs up the wall. Start by sitting side ways knee bent as close
to the wall as possible. Relax here breathing deeply for about 2 minutes
