This advanced pilates exercise is called the
leg pull front because we are going to be facing front really working the hamstrings,
the gluts, the core and everything so come on down to a prone position. Your hands are
directly underneath your shoulders and you want to lift your knees up off the mat and
tuck your pelvis under and pull your shoulder blades back. Imagine that you are lengthening
out through the crown of your head and all you are going to do is lift up your right
leg, lower down, lift your left leg, lower down. Up, down, point your toes as you lift
and flex your toes as you come down and inhale, inhale. Now to add a little bit more just
shift your body weight, forward, back and up. Inhale down, exhale, exhale, inhale, exhale,
exhale, inhale. Now you are really going to feel that in your triceps, your abs, your
gluts, legs and everything and that is the leg pull front.
