The next exercise I’m going to do is a V-step
left. Since we have just mastered the V-step right, go ahead and try it on the left. Abs
are really tight. left leg steps up first, heel toe, right leg, heel toe. We’re leading
on the left, so the left leg comes down, toe heel, right leg together, toe heel. Separate
as a V on the step, bring them together on the floor. V on the step, together on the
floor. Lets pick up the pace, heel toe, toe heel, heel toe, toe heel, perfect. Get the
feet first. Once you’ve got the feet, you can add some arms if you like to get that
heart rate up, perfect. Up together perfect. Perfect… use your left… good.
