Hi my name is Keith Fitzpatrick. This is hip
hop aerobic moves and we’re going to go over the turn step. So with this step, this is
another part of my warm-up too, I’m just going to step. My left foot will turn this way.
We’ll turn back this way and kind of snap. We’ll go the other way. Right, left, right,
snap. We go back. Left, right, left, snap. That’s all there is to it. Really easy but
in the middle of a warm-up and you’re going really fast, it’s a nice thing to do to keep
everything going. It’s kind of similar to another one that we’ll do. Boom. That’s all
there is to it. Just make sure you step. Step all the way over. Step all the way over. Drop
down into it. Step this way here. Go all the way over. All the way over and drop back down.
You’ll step back. You step all the way over. Step all the way over. Back down. Snap. It’s
all there is to it but it’s actually a lot faster in aerobics. So we’ll hit it. It’s
here, two, bump, here. Bump, bump, here. Back, two, three, bop. And we’ll just come back
up and we start all over again. Just make sure you get those steps here. Step over,
step over. Right. Back. That’s your turn step.
