Basic Aerobic Steps : The “A Step” Step Aerobics Exercise

Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a

what I’m going to show you is an a step and what you’re going to do is I’m headed
to my right so I’m going to start with my right, step up with my right to the front
of the block, together with my left, and back up with my right and together with my left.
And now we’re going to the left so we’ll step up with the left, together with the right,
step up with the left and back down with the right so it’s one two three four five six
seven eight one two three four five six seven eight.
