what I want to demonstrate to you is the I step and what you’re going to do is have
the block in front of you, you’re going to step up with the right, together with your
left, out with a hop, back down as a hop, down with your right, together with the left
so it’s up up out in down down out in. and you’re making an I with the block so it’s
one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight.
