Basic Yoga Poses : Yoga: Happy Baby


Moving into happy baby. Rocking from side
to side, knees are bent, gently letting the spine be nurtured through happy baby, using
the elbow to help us rock from side to side and transitioning into pelvic tilt. Feet flat
on the Earth, hands planted into the Earth, shoulders connected. Inhale the pelvis up,
straight back, exhale, roll the spine down to the Earth, planting the tail bone. Inhale,
breathe it in and up and exhale down being careful to not let the knees sway outward.
Inhale up, exhale it down. Gently transitioning into corpse pose, relaxing the legs down perhaps
getting an herbal pillow or a blanket that you can put over your body preparation for
corpse pose. Keeping nice and warm and if you have a neck pillow you can put it underneath
your neck.
