Basic Yoga Poses : Yoga: Swinging Arms


Transitioning into arm swings you can start
off nice and slow letting the arms swing like empty coat sleeves and tapping with the top
of the hand against the lower back in the area where the kidneys are stimulating the
kidneys allowing more mobility into the spine. We can also if we’d like whatever you are
comfortable with lift up one heel at a time, relaxing the muscles in the arms completely,
breath deeply and then begin to transition out of arm swing
and slowing the motion down letting yourself as always relax and the arms are certainly
like empty coat sleeves here.
