Beginning my Yoga Practice Journey with Yogawave App


Hi guys, welcome to my Youtube channel if
you are new here you are very welcome and if you are a returning subscriber thank you
for tuning in again one more time you know I am here because of you right? You know I am here because of you. So, in this video we’re simply going to be
talking about yoga – yoga as a beginner. Yoga is something I am very new to and I want
to take you guys on this journey with me as I start the process. Somewhere around the end of this video I’m
going to give you one fun fact, stay tuned and see. To me, yoga is a type of exercise that helps
with calmness and flexibility, it improves posture and I’m someone that is really big
on posture. As a young girl I had this fear for people
with hunched back and I felt that that was formed from continued bad posture so, I always
make a conscious effort to make sure that my lower back is in a straight position and
that my shoulders are back and my head is straight and at the same time it gives me
this confident look. Since yoga helps with posture, Yay! that’s
a plus for me. So for my yoga practice, I’m going to be using
the app Yogawave, to practice more yoga. If you watched my video where I talked about
my first time doing yoga I’m going to link it in the cards up here check out the video
if you haven’t watched it and I’m hoping that I get better flexibility and I get more calmness. For now I’m doing the core part and of course
yoga is not the only exercise I practice but I really want to make it part of my workout
routine on a weekly basis and I’m going to start with practicing it once a week and then
over time, I’m going to grow to practice yoga twice a week. It’s a journey and just like every other thing
you have to take baby steps. I hope you maybe make an effort to just chirp
in yoga into your routine if your starting point is not doing yoga at all in like a whole
year, you can start with doing it maybe once a year or just chirping it in every now and
then. It could be once a month even or once in two
months whatever it is just try as much as possible to experience the calmness and flexibility
of yoga practice. A lot of times we go through the motions of
life and its like tupsy turvy, ups and downs and we don’t really take out time
to calm down, to step back and just experience some kind of calmness of the mind and just
experience some relaxation. So if yoga is something that you haven’t done
before, just consider doing it have fun with it basically just have fun with it. If you’re new to this channel consider subscribing
