yoga with Krishna, i am your yoga guru krishna, guys todays video about prayanam, i combine
three praynam. this is 1st series of prayanam i actlly made videos sepratly video in diffrent
part so you can watch how to do it with benefits but in perticuler series i am just doing three
of those prayanam so you just go through that and watch till the end , you know what benefit
give you beacouse you already watched that videos , if you dditn than please go and watch

with benefits now in this series i am combined that videos so you will do it togetrher its
hardly take 10 minuts so you can do easily and you do it anywhere no need to be any perticuler
place so go through this , and i hope you enjoying my videos
anulom vilom (alternate nostril breathing) just 1st put your right hand on your right
nostril and then just breath in from left side like this and this hand shoul be like
in mudra pose breath in now close your left nostril and breath out by right side slowly
now again breath in same side and now close nostril and breath out with another nostril
now breat in from left side and breat out right side and again breath in and breath
out slowly ok inhle deep as much as you can now deep breath in then justbreat out from
your nose breath in and then just breath out out out dont take in between just out till
the last ok lest start i will show you how to do it 1st just sit straight and then breath
in breath deep then breath out like this just breath out by your nose just blow breath out
do it atleast 5 to 10 minutes everyday its very good for health you can see when i breath
out my stomach goes inside so its very good for your belly fat, fi you suffring from any
gestric problem then its very good for you, you bmust do this , one more time ,so guys
now you got to know how to do kapalbhati. so please start doing it , so 1st sit on vajrasna
how to sit lets see your leg should be like this ok then put your hand here ,ok now you
just sit ok now i will sit in front of you so see,you can put your hand side of your
legs or may be here so i am puting here now breath in by your nose and breath out by your
mouth but breath out like a lion , and keep your tongue outside , may be its look awekword
when you see it but its very good whatever i told you the beneifts of this pose you can
see on my face beacuse its take some intance like breath in and breath out tongue outside
breath out by your mouth like this now you can see its litile bit awokword yea you must be
laughing right now but its ok but its very useful .. its very good for throght infecation
its also very good for thyroid problem asthma and all that now one more time ok its take
