Normally people take birth within 1-1/2 liter and get died in 1-1/2 liter only So, the moment we will increase its capacity , similarly will balance our global. Till the time our brain is not oxygenate, our global will not get oxygenate. There will be carbon and carbon only everywhere. So, will we do this, i will tell you. In Bhrastika Pranayam you have to take care of that after holding them after holing both of your knees you will stretch your spinal colom One thing you have to remember that while doing pranayam if you have felt jerk in your spinal column within the size of jerk then that means the way you are doing the pranayam is not correct. Because it is Shiv Yoga & Kundalini Yoda which is learn and explain under master’s supervision only So will start doing Bhastrika, So our lungs which is called Horse Power Those who do racing, they say the horse runs. But this pranayam is something in which we comes to fly not even run only Earlier people use to walk then Cow’s card, Car, Train and finally Plane comes so this also comes as in the category of plane or bird sconce method. This is the science of leaving the gravity. So i am going to teach you the first step Naadishodna paranayam. Have a look with wide eyes open that how do body tact and react. So, this one set , now will show you from the back side that what actually happen to our spinal column how they tact and react.. that you have take care Now, we will concentrate on our spinal column, we have to completely hold our knees and will stretch them so that our spinal column become fix and then breathing inhale stomach with and exhale within stomach inside And by sounding Hum from the nose, if this sound is coming perfect that means you are doing perfect bhastrika and if the sound is not coming right that means you are not doing it right. So that was the position of Bhastrika with this your capacity will become most powerful. Now a days everyone in this world is doing race and to give competition to each other. Like a fine racer who is running far and far Yoga & Pranayam is not race they are completely scientific. Who ever the horse is and how speedy he is running, he get tired in the last. there will be a break like the water is in front of them Then that horse will stop as he can ‘t run on the water if any mountain comes inf ront of him then he will stop. Like the birds who travel from one country to another they have broad lung capacity so they fly on their breathing on the distance of 3-4 kilometer on either on river or any mountain. So, the one who has deep breath only he can travel to a longer distance otherwise , rest all do race and met with accidents and anger ,disease, no success, so this is all happens. You become unhealthy instead of healthy, you become non attractive instead of looking attractive although normally in old age people met with disease, hospitals, Icu, accidents but no with pranayam teaches you how to love with your organs.
