I have noticed that this is one of the questions I need to make a video of because many of you come over to my website, TheBodyConditioner.com and do their online quiz, and I really love to be of service, I really want to help you make changes in your body, but I notice that many of you don’t really
know if the legs you have are bow legs, or if they are knock knees. And I want to give you a bit more tools to understand what actually is going on in your legs. So, let’s first start with the knock knees before we get to the bow legs. The knock knees: I would like you to stand in front of a mirror. Make sure that the clothes you wear are tight, or you wear shorts, so that you can have a good look at your legs. Then I want you to make sure that you move your legs as close together as you can. And please now observe your legs from the hips down to the feet. Do your knees touch? That’s an indicator than you have knock knees. Or do you have more space between your ankles than you have between your knees? Then I’m pretty sure you have knock knees. So, we can take two fingers, or three, depending on what you need, and then stick those fingers between your knees. Then do the same between your ankles and see where you have more space. If you have less space between your knees, than you have between your ankes, then, I’m very sure you have knock knees. That means your knees are closer than your ankles are. Let’s get to the bow legs So, the bow legs are a bit different Again, I would like you to stand in front of a mirror, move your legs as close together as they can, and take a good look at the shape of your legs. If you can stick more finger in-between your knees than you can keep in-between your ankles, then, you’re most likely to have bow legs. You have this rounded legs, some of you have more bowed shins than complete legs. But in any event, you have this bowed shape of your legs. If you’re still not sure what the shape of your legs is like, or if you think there is something in-between, then please come on over to TheBodyConditioner.com because there, you can do an online quiz, it’s absolutely free for you, and I have a bit more time and space to explain more about your legs, and the constitution, the condition of
your whole body. I really, really look forward to hearing from you, to seeing the shape of your body, and until then, have a fantastic day.
