BOW LEGS YOGA – 4 Ways To Fix Bow Legs (That Help!)

because in this video I will explain why healing your whole body is much
more important than just your legs. My name is Chi and you’re welcome to The

Conditioner is working in. And that means we’re going deep. I make use of my
passion for physiology, my passion for yoga, my passion for healing because I
want to give you tools. I want to help you make structural changes in your body
and I’m here to assist you. What we will explore today is how to heal your whole
body and why I think that healing your whole body is much more important than
just your legs. A young lady came to class. She came late so I didn’t have the time to
assess her body. However, after class she came to meet me
and we spoke. And she asked me if I knew why she was here. And I was like tell me
about it because I had my own assumptions and I didn’t want to make my
assumptions her assumptions. So she told me and just pointed at her legs and I saw
that her legs were bowed. Now, I practiced with her and I
experienced her whole body and I must admit that the last thing on my mind
were her bow legs. Because she was tight all over. Her shoulders were tight, her back was tight, her abs were weak, her legs where weak. So, the whole body was
out of shape and out of balance. I’m not saying that she’s a bad person
I’m just trying to describe her body and the state her body is in. However, she said she is not comfortable with her legs, that she needs
to change her legs and that she’s absolutely willing to do the work now,
right now. And I asked her if she has started doing the videos and she said no. And then I asked her so how do you want to expect to make progress if you’re not
practicing the sequences? She said well now that she’s in class she’s ready to
do the work. Now, I want to tell you what I think about that. Number one if you’re
not doing the work on your own don’t expect me to do the work for you. If
you’re ready to do the work, start now. Do not procrastinate. Many of you start on a
great note. So, they send me messages, you do the work for a few weeks and then I don’t hear from you again. So if you do the work for a few weeks,
do not expect your legs to change. Number two the whole body needs redressing. If
we start with the legs we actually need to continue with the shoulders, if you
start with the shoulders we need to continue with the abs and the back. So if we
want to heal the legs, we need to heal the whole body, the whole
system. Three she didn’t feel comfortable in her legs and her body but that
doesn’t have much to do with the shape of her legs. It has to do with the way
you stand in this world and if you stand in this world with both your feet on the
ground, knowing who you are in Christ you will understand what you’re all about in
this world. Number four I’m here to help. However you need to do the work.
