BOW LEGS YOGA EXERCISE – How Many Times Do I Have To Repeat It? (Guess What???!!!)


This is a question I get all the time. How
many times do I have to repeat the yoga exercises to see quick results for my bow legs? If you have that question too, then please,
keep watching, because in this video, I will explain how many times you need to repeat
your yoga exercises to see quick results for your bow legs. My name is Chi, and you’re welcome to The

passionate about physiology and yoga, and I want to give you tools in order
to help make structural changes in your body. I work as a private yoga instructor, I have
a PhD in Communications, and I am a recording jazz vocalist, and I know that healing un-learning habits, and transformation take time and devotion. So, how many times, and how long do I need
to repeat my yoga exercises in order to make changes in my body, changes in my legs, and
to correct my bow legs. So, it’s important to note that the body accommodates the load you put on. So, every forty-eight hours, you kind of get
a new window, a new chance, a new possibility to add additional load, but you need to give
your body that time of rest. So, what works well for you is if you work
out every other day. So, every forty-eight hours, three times a week, you do your exercises.
And if you don’t have that much time, you don’t have the ten minutes to do your exercises,
then, just pick out one of the poses, perhaps, the yoga pose, the one yoga pose
you can practice, it is here in the cards. If you pick that out, then you stay there
for ten breaths or you do ten repetitions, and you do that every forty-eight hours every
other day to get stronger. But as you know, we want the muscles to be healthy, and a healthy
muscle is strong and flexible. So, we wan to make sure as we change the structure
of the soft tissue, that we do that both ways. We strengthen the muscles, but we also help
lengthen and stretch them. So that you are absolutely healthy in that
area of the body. So, what does that mean for your bow legs? Make sure that you repeat
the exercises every forty-eight hours, and you do that regularly for quite a while. But
if you do that, I’m very very very sure that you will see changes in your body. And if
