BOW LEGS YOGA FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS – Best Stretch To Do Daily!


Do you have bow legs and are you a university
student? And you really want to learn how to correct your bow legs naturally? Even at
university? Then keep watching, because in this video, I will show you a yoga for bow
leg sequence for university students. My name is Chi, and you’re welcome to The Body Conditioner.

changes in your body. At the moment, we are focussing on bow legs and how to correct your
bow legs naturally. I know how it is, being at university takes
a lot. You need to read, you have to attend seminars, you have to attend classes, you
have to meet with other students, you have to sit at the library, you have to sit and
sit and sit and sit and sit and sit! And if you’re not very active in your private
life, then it is a lot, especially with you having bow legs. So, I’ll show you one stretch you can do every
single day, and that will help you feel better. So, as you inhale, you move one leg, in my
case, the left, away from the chair. So, you are seated and you move the right leg further
back and you begin to lengthen here the front of the tighs, your hip flexors. Keep your chest up as usual, and keep breathing
in and out, keeping a smile on the lips, and making space here and length here in your
right hip flexors. And then slowly you come to an end, and you change, doing the other
side, moving the other foot forward, slowly moving other knee backwards. Please make sure
that the knee does not point out, but rather pointing in, so that you get a good stretch
here for the hip flexors and you stay here for a few breaths, noticing the lengthening
