BOW LEGS YOGA – Why Correcting Your Bow Legs Is So Complicated?!?


Why is it so complicated to correct my bow
legs? Have you ever wondered why? Then keep watching, because in this video,
I will explain why correcting your bow legs is so complicated. My name is Chi, and you’re welcome to The

passionate about physiology, and yoga. And here at The Body Conditioner, we are working
in. I want to give you tools to help make structural changes in your body. I work as a private yoga instructor, I have
a PhD in Communications, and I am a recording jazz vocalist. What I’ve learned is that healing,
transformation and correction of certain muscle groups, imbalances, takes time and your
devotion. Why is correcting your bow legs so complicated,
so frustrating and so challenging? The first reason is – it’s very very personal.
You’ve had bow legs for a very very very long time, and you don’t feel comfortable. You
don’t feel comfortable wearing tight jeans, you don’t feel comfortable wearing tight skirts,
you don’t want to expose your legs. You feel more comforable in easy wear and free falling
skirts so that you can cover your ‘weakness’. A second reason is that your bow legs are
part of your life, or have become part of your life. It’s nothing you can shake off
easily or quickly. Some of you have been born with bow legs. Some of you developed them over time, but in general, it’s something you are not comfortable with. The third reason is that you’re still young
and this is the time you want to explore, you want to meet people, you want to be free,
you don’t want to be restricted, and you don’t want to be judged. And because you feel insecure about your legs,
about your bow legs, you don’t feel free to make those connections, perhaps, you hide
in your room, you don’t really go to parties because you don’t feel comfortable, and it
becomes a viscious circle because you can’t be yourself if you can’t live the person you
want to be. And because of all these things, you want
to heal the bow legs quickly so that you can start your life, so that you can begin to
live. But let me tell you something. Number one,
whoever judges you because of your legs does not understand that you are not your legs.
You’re much more than your legs. Number two, you are absolutely unique, and everyone that
gets to know you, knows exactly that. You can tell your inner circle that it hurts
when they talk about your bow legs. You can tell them that you want them to change that
subject, that you don’t want to be judged by your legs. You can stand up for who you are and not for
what people perceive you to be. And that makes a major difference. Number three, it is definitely possible to
correct your bow legs or at least, to minimize your bow legs. But it takes a lot of time.
