what do you do in life ? What do we study ? We are in a Fine arts school we are going to pass our master 2 (Diploma) in a couple of weeks It’s called DNSEP Superior National diploma of Plastic Expression Next question, Where do you live ? We live in France, in Bretagne and we come from Paris we moved to Bretagne for our studies 6th question, Since when do you train ? Seriously and deeply, we started doing sport three years ago in july 2014 and we did two years of bodyweight and it has been one year we are in a gym Recently started doing our own program. Do you have any future plans for your youtube channel or in your life in general ? The next day of our diploma we planned a trip to Japan with a friend so it’s gonna be a really cool experience and pretty unique We will be travelling for two weeks I think we are gonna do several videos about this trip, it’s going to be great Yes, it’s sure Maybe we’ll do a few vlogs, I don’t know we’ll see but no matter what I’ll do a nice edited video like the one I did last year about our trip to Montreal Next question, What do you eat in a day ? Well, in day we try to eat varied and healthy sometimes we don’t eat any meat so we buy veggie food, and organic We try to vary our protein sources, so it’s not always chicken Next question, How much do you train ? We train 6 times a week but if we had a big workout we can rest just after so the week is longer You don’t have to forget that rest is really important Rest is important guys ! It’s true ! Tell yours and I’ll tell mine I don’t know if there is a brand that is better than an other one but the one I wear a lot, and I like is Nike Workout clothes are pretty varied, it’s comfortable And we also can find good stuffs at H&M sport For women there is something more it’s bras which is really important and the best one I’ve got are Nike and I found others in Montreal in Victoria’s Secret that were less pricey than the nike one And for affordable good leggings it’s H&M, I think they’re great And recently there are a gymshark leggings I got which so comfortable it’s like you’re in pyjama So H&M, Nike and Gymshark Next, Since when you two are together ? We already said it, in september it will be six years ! How old are you ? I am 24 and me 23 we were born the same year ? Yes, but I am cooler because I was born at the end of the year ! What ‘s your favorite workout day in term of muscle groups At the moment, I like training legs, I don’t know why.. I do like the legs, it breaks me a lot and also the shoulders It’s funny we have the same ones ! Really ? I was gonna say the same ones I like training my legs and butt but I found it really hard nervously There is challenge You can lift heavy And we progress And I do like the shoulders too Okay well..
