Calm Amidst The Chaos | Quick Meditation Guide | Anu Aggarwal Foundation | AnuFun Yoga

So there’s a guided meditation to release stress, however… I’m not going to be talking about the meditation right now. I want all of you to first learn what
the indication of right mediation are, so we do not control the mind, do not resist thoughts, do not focus attention on any one thing, do not try to remain alert, if you fall sleepy. Be aware of the thing in your breathing. If you feel sleepy, that’s fine… Just be aware of it and the
sensations you’re having in your body The numbness, cramp that you have in your hands and feet You will know exactly how these things are
going to apply when I give you meditation. I’m sitting in a meditation pose called “Padmasan”,
or the Lotus pose. Padmasan allows the body to held
completely steady for a long period of time. It is actually the master of all the asanas that exists. If you see that my hands are in the “Mudra” here. There are two kinds of “Mudras”…
“Gyan Mudra” and “Chin Mudra” If you see how my fingers are, This is how actually the fingers should be
when you put it in a Mudra They have to be totally and completely relaxed and so should your wrist be relaxed otherwise it keeps tension in your arms and your shoulders. This is a Mudra In Sanskrit, “Mudra” means a gesture or an attitude. If you want to have the right energy flow in your body,
you could achieve that by one of the Mudras. There are many of them. This is an amazing practice, called “Tratak”,
or concentrated gazing. This practice not only just cleared my eyes
and made them brighter, it actually helped me improve the memory
that I had lost with my accident. It developes a good concentration and it helped me get a strong willpower
that I had to get there. So this is an amazing practice that you need to try out. Learn more about this in my next video. I hope you learned from this video For more updates, subscribe to my channel.
