I find that my muscles are much stronger now and I am walking much better I’ve had a really fantastic improvement with my general fitness and it’s also helped my spine We enjoyed it so much that we’ve stayed and it’s very good because i’m now able to get on a bus which I couldn’t do before So we started coming here around the same time we found out she had Alzheimers for Mum who is 93 years old the benefits speak for themselves we enjoy the social side of it and we can do it together Be able to meet other people that have probably got the same aches and pains and mobility that you’ve got and so I just find it really really good and when you’re on your own it’s company as well
