Today is day 48 and I’m already so excited that in two days we are going to
celebrate our day 50 that is half of the challenge is done and Today I want to on a topic that when I went for yoga Day
celebrations last time… one person asked me in a question… will we be healthy when we are happy… or is it the other way? after that for few days I observed myself and the answer I found was…. we will be healthy when we are happy… though we are healthy….there are many other things which may take our happiness can i as long as we are happy we can be
healthy, wealthy and whatnot anything can be
possible …..Because, I found this answer in a survey… that when we are happy our mind keeps taking all positive vibrations and will make us find all the possible opportunities and to be happy… along with other things… exercise is the best way … even this I learnt in a survey….. while exercising there are 4 types of hormones releasing endorphins… oxytoxins…. and two others never ever miss your exercise….. do comment
