There are no hard and fast rules regarding yoga mudras. Yoga mudras can be done anywhere. You can do these while you are travelling or commuting. You can do these while sitting, standing
or even while lying on your bed. if you perform these yoga mudras in padmasana then you will experience the results in less time. But if you don’t have enough time on a daily basis then you can incorporate this into your other activities like doing yoga mudra while walking for example. Now let me tell you about Surya Mudra It is a perfect yoga mudra for weight loss. This yoga mudra increases heat in the body
and raises your metabolism. It is very beneficial to treat common colds. It balances the Cholesterol levels in your body. It also improves the working
efficiency of the thyroid gland It brings peace of mind to the practitioner This mudra is also beneficial
for improving one’s eyesight. It also keeps vitamins and
minerals balanced in the body. It can also treat diabetes. Surya Mudra: How to perform it? Gently touch the base of the thumb with the tip of the ring finger. Let the thumb rest on the ring finger. Make sure you are not pressing too hard. Keep all the other fingers as straight as possible. Now let me tell you the specialty of Surya Mudra. I will explain how can it be so
effective to reduce your weight? It increases Fire element
in our bodies and reduces the Earth Element. This dissolves your fat and
