Breathe deeply and as you exhale
surrender any resistance you might have if it’s tension in your body – let it go
if it’s thoughts that try to take you from this moment
notice – and let them go Breathe and
receive this breathe of life Keeping your attention on your breathing
Staying present This is reality.
This moment, right now – is life. So, receive this breath of life. And with your next breath, allow your attention
to come to rest in the area at the base of your spine. And notice the energy in this part of your
body. Now, open up your attention to the space around
this center. When you have a sense of this energy center
and the space around it, just notice the frequency of that energy. Notice any resistance you might be holding, and let go as you breathe the breath of life. As you attune to this energy field, invite blessings for the highest good of all. Let your feelings of love raise this frequency. Let your feelings of joy release any misdirected
energy. Feel your gratitude strengthen the integrity
of this energy center, so that this place in your body calls in new energy and information. As you do this, picture your heart showering
every cell in your body with loving. Imagine your cells joyously taking in new
energy, new instructions, and responding to your intention to receive the breath of life. Now, you will repeat the above process with
the second energy center. First, breathe deeply and as you exhale, I
invite you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life. Then, place your attention in the area around
your hips, And notice the energy in this part of your
body. and then open up your awareness to the space
around this energy center and your body. When you have a sense of this energy center
and the space around it, notice the frequency of the energy let go of any resistance and breathe the breath of life. As you attune to this energy center, invite blessings from your creator, for the highest good of all. Now, you will repeat the above process with
the third energy center. so, breathe deeply and as you exhale, I invite
you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life. Then, place your attention in the area around
your stomach And notice the energy in this part of your
body. and then open your focus to the space
around this energy center and your body. When you have a sense of this energy center
and the space around it, notice the frequency of the energy, let go of any resistance and
breathe the breath of life. As you attune to this energy center, invite
blessings from your creator, for the highest good of all. Now, you will repeat the above process with
the 4th energy center. Breathe deeply and as you exhale, I invite
you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life. Then, place your attention in the area around
your heart and lungs And notice the energy in this part of your
body. And then open up your awareness to the space
around this energy center and your body. When you have a sense of this energy center
and the space around it, notice the frequency of the energy, let go of any resistance and
breathe the breath of life. As you attune to this energy center, invite
blessings from your creator, for the highest good of all. Now, you will repeat the above process with
the fifth energy center. First, breathe deeply and as you exhale, I
invite you to set the intention of calling forward your power as a co-creator. Then, place your attention in the area around
your throat And feel the energy in this part of your body. And then open up your awareness to the space around this energy center and your body. When you have a sense of this energy center
and the space around it, notice the frequency of the energy, let go of any resistance and
breathe the breath of life. As you attune to this energy center, invite
blessings from your creator, for the highest good of all. Now, you will repeat the above process with
the sixth energy center. So, breathe deeply and as you exhale, I invite
you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life. Now, place your attention in the center of
your head, behind your eyes. And notice the energy in this part of your body. and then open up your awareness to the space
around this center and around your head. When you have a sense of this energy center
and the space around it, notice the frequency of the energy, let go of any resistance and
breathe the breath of life. As you attune to this energy center, invite
blessings from your creator, for the highest good of all. The 7th and final energy center is slightly
different from the previous. This time place your attention about 16 inches—40
centimeters—above your head. Breathe deeply and as you exhale, I invite
you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life. As an awareness, aware that you are aware,
feel the energy this center occupies in the space just above your head. Notice any resistance you might be holding,
and let go as you breathe the breath of life. Once you can sense the space that this energy
center occupies, widen your focus to include all space, in
the infinite void, Once you can sense the space that this energy
center occupies in the infinity of all space tune in to its frequency,
and invite blessings from your creator, for the highest good of all. Allow the grace
In the form energy carrying new information
from the quantum field to enter your nervous system. Now let yourself feel gratitude and appreciation
for the breath of life, remembering that gratitude is the energetic
state of having already manifested. The last step of this meditation is to open
your focus, bring your awareness to the space around your
entire body bring your awareness to the energy that moves through that space bring your awareness to new energy that vibrates in that space
empowering healing – manifesting: the divinely inspired energy field that is
you Once you’ve completed this step, relax for
the next 15 minutes. There’s nothing to do. You can lie down, sleeping is ok. Surrender and let your body do it’s work,
unhindered by your thoughts. Then, slowly bring your awareness back to
a new feeling, in a new body, in a new place, and engaged in a whole new time. And from a deeply heart-felt place of loving, joy and gratitude I invite you to open your eyes.
