Exercise of the Week – 3D Lunge


Hi, I’m Kailyn and this is Marshal. We’re both trainers at Elite-River Glen and
North Shore. Today, we’re going to take you through
a 3D Lunge. So what Marshal’s gonna do is he’s gonna set
up with his feet under his hips. He’s gonna go ahead and step into a front
lunge, knees at 90, step back into a standing position, out to a lateral lunge with the
same leg, back to 90, and then back to a reverse lunge. He comes up. He can make that harder by grabbing a weight,
a dumbbell, or a kettlebell continuing that same process of
forward, side, and reverse. Or he can make it a little bit easier and
use an aid like a bar or a TRX. That’s our Exercise of the Week,
