– Hey, I’m stopped at a light, and I am gonna do my facial exercises ’cause this is gonna
decrease the laugh lines. You want to make an O with your mouth, but tuck your lips in like
you’re hugging your teeth, and then keep it as tucked as you can and make a smile. When you get to the round circle, hold that for a count of two or three, and then make your smile, and hold that for two or three. That is gonna train these muscles and make them tighter and fuller, and you’re gonna have less laugh lines, and you’re gonna look better, and you’re gonna smile bigger! Who doesn’t wanna smile bigger?
