about 99 acupressure points that communicate with organs and tissues of the whole body. It also reflect the health status of the internal
organs. When you press or massage these point, it
helps to alleviate the diseases. Massaging finger may sound simple but it’s
results are magnificent. But there is a proper way to do it. Do watch the whole video to understand the
technique, it’s benefits and for additional health tips. I would like you to try this and share your

then you can easily do this and improve your health naturally. So, there is an order of massaging your hands. If you are male then do this massage on your left
hand first and then on your right hand. For female, it is the opposite. First massage on your right hand and then massage
your left hand. But if you do not have enough time then you
can do one hand. Now, coming up to the massage technique. I have to do massage on my right hand first. But if you are male then remember you have
to to start with left hand first. The general technique for doing massage on
finger is to start from the tip of the fingers or thumb and then go down to the root of the
fingers or the thumb. Use the thumb and forefinger of other hand
to press. Press the fingers gently first and hold the
pressure for 10 seconds. Then start massaging it up and down. Then apply the hard pressure for 3 seconds. Try to spend atleast 3 to 5 minutes on each
hand daily for 1 or 2 times a day. To stimulate the acupressure point in reflex
zones, you have to stimulate a little stronger, a little more painful. But the force should not be too heavy. Always start with light force and then gradually
increase the strength to the maximum acceptable pressure. There are different amazing benefits of massaging
individual finger and thumb. There are numerous benefits of massaging your fingers but to mention
some. Here I go. Massaging the thumb is useful for your lung and
heart. It is really good for heart disease, allergic
dermatitis, hair loss and sore throat. When you massage your index finger it gives
amazing benefits for stomach, large intestines and other digestive organs. So, you will find relief in constipation,
loss of appetite, stomach pain, and chronic gastritis. Massaging middle finger is really good for
your liver, brain and facial features. It can help relieve liver disease, fatigue,
appetite, tinnitus, and dizziness. Whereas massaging ring finger can help relieve
lung and respiratory system problems like cold, sore throat, headache, frequent urination,
sweat and more. Finally massaging little finger is especially
useful for small intestine, kidney and circulatory system. It can help relieve shoulder pain, lower back,
