In Stork keep your heals together toes apart
to start off your good firm grip. Take your shoulders right back and then take that left
knee and just bend it. Then lift up that left leg. Point down with the left toes and take
your hands right together and bring your arms right out. So now your balancing with your
right foot flat on the floor and your fingers are just lightly touching as you breathe through
your nose in and breath out. Now you can lift up the arms, breath in deep through your nose
and breath out. You can lower the foot down to touch the floor lightly or you can continue
to hold that right up in the air. Breath in deep through your nose and exhale come right
down. Now take the right foot join your hands together. The right foot comes off the floor
and the knee comes up. Point the toes right towards the floor. Balance with your fingers
just barely touching just lightly touching. You can hold your fingers right there. While
lift up those fingers. Breath in deep through your nose and exhale another deep breath in.
Exhale and another deep breath in and then exhale release come down with the hands and
release into both feet and shake it right off.
