Gina’s Club Pilates Story


Hi, I’m Gina Christopher. I had a focus to only come to Club Pilates maybe
two to three sessions a week. I’m going seven days a week! Our instructors have to be one of the best
group of staff I have ever dealt with. They work with me. They help me. They show me technique that’s gonna be focused
for me. I’ve been able to try new exercises that have
really focused to help me lose this weight that I’ve been eagerly wanting to lose for
so many years. I’ve noticed a sense of real strength,
upper-body strength. Being able to run around with my grandson,
who’s two years old, has really given me the focus and the drive to keep coming back
to Club Pilates.
