My maximum at the oblique press is 3 repetitions at 150 kg I could not try more lack of time but for the next time I try 160 or even 170 kg by the way I am 17 years old and I weigh 55 kg. Continue like this and you will improve very quickly 😉
If you deadlift start slow and then get up. If you go on like that, espacially at your age you will injure really bad. Not kidding.

I’d love to do this but my parents wouldn’t allow me to go to the gym so I’ll just start eating healthy the thing is I can’t even to a push up or a pull up but I could beat someone in an arm wrestle who can do 5 so idk how that works out but I’ll try to be able to do one. And I don’t have access to gym facilities just a yoga Mat and 1 15kg weight so yah
