I wasn’t expecting a wall to be there. It’s getting weird. The kids are going crazy. Look at this maniac. Okay go see if James will run over you bye. Have a great time. Okay truth is this is the first time I’m filming it and it’s almost dark outside. I just exercised. I’ve been tracking my food. I’m out of the food challenge the healthy eating challenge, but I don’t want to throw everything away. So I’ve just been continuing to do a good job. Michael should be here any minute. Home from work I think unless he’s going out to exercise. Let me go look at the schedule, okay. Yeah he’s going to yoga tonight so… So we’re planning CVX stuff tonight and he went to yoga. It’s kinda nice to have… We’re planning we’re just talking about he went to yoga. We have a lot to plan and work on and I love nights like this where we’re not filming. But we are. I think the reason why I don’t like filming things for pins and things during the day especially in the morning time. I think that’s my favorite time to do it especially when I have all the steps for it too. At night it’s not my favorite just because we might not have everything. We might need to run to the store, but by that time. I’m so exhausted I don’t want to do anything. And if I have to film then all I want to do is film and not have to run to the store to get any extra supplies that I might forgotten. We’re not going to the store tonight. When we have some more money. I have some more money when we do a lemonade stand? I’m going to get my own little cart that goes this fast, wanna see? It goes by itself and you can actually have a steering wheel you can actually go backwards. That was really funny. It is a good shot. This is what they were doing. This is the thing that they were doing on the couch that I was trying to explain the other day. This is how you do a side by side. Sucking on lollipops while doing that. And watching a movie that’s how they do that. You guys are such good wrestlers. Are you standing up? Do it while you’re standing up. Okay. Oh you’re trappy. Oh baby scene. We beat her. I’ll get your brother and I’ll get you too! We beat mama. All right we got pulled pork burritos for dinner. Kind of an interesting blend of two different meals. Not really Cafe Rio has pulled pork burritos. I guess that’s true. I didn’t even think of that. Is there any pulled pork in my beard? All over your beard is made by pulled pork. Well do the children approve? I would say so. Corbin you’re halfway done buddy. That’s an approval if I’ve ever seen it and of course he’s taken bites in both ends. That’s defeating the purpose of my tuck on the bottom end of the burrito. What do you think James is it good? That’s one way to do it. I didn’t want to go to yoga tonight because I ate half a pizza at work today I guess today was national pizza day. Oh national pizza day all day. And so everybody in my work was ordering pizza from dominos. They have large pizza Domino’s today. Three topping for eight bucks. So I got one and ate half of it. I want to have it with somebody else on my team. After eating half of that Domino’s pizza. I was not feeling motivated to go work out tonight even though I needed it obviously more than ever I went to yoga anyway. And I’m really glad that I did because now I feel a lot better. Isn’t that how it works? When you don’t want to work out you work out anyway, and then you’re glad you did. That’s how I felt today, I didn’t want to. It’s an hour before you got home now. I’m gonna do it. There’s some poses that I want to do that are balance poses like headstand hand stand type poses. I’m really bad at doing them because I don’t have good balance and I’ve never really been good at practicing. Now I just had an idea Becca what if I practice in the hallway? So that way I can kind of spread my legs to the two different walls? And so if I start to tip a little bit I can catch myself and kind of yeah… If I go either way you can catch myself that way. I’m not like boom you know. Cuz if you’re tall person and you’re not good at balance… it makes balancing scary and very scary. You not only have a fear of heights you also have a fear of your own height. Yes I do have a fear of my own height when it comes to falling it’s not a very good experience. So this way I could not fall and I can still practice the poses that I wanna learn how to do. So I’m gonna practice that tonight, good idea. ‘m gonna practice that tonight. Okay, and guess what? What? I’m not afraid of heights. You’re not afraid of heights? Good for you big boy. Were you afraide of heights when you were a little kid? I was. Corbin’s afraid of heights. No I’m not. You don’t like it when people throw you up in the air that that means you’re afraid of heights. Or maybe he just doesn’t like people grabbing him and throwing him up in the air. Yeah that what it is. Ellie’s not afraid of heights. No Ellie’s not. She’s not scared of anything huh. Hey who gave you water? That was a dangerous idea. Did you give her water? I do? You can either work out more and strengthen my core so I can balance a little bit better. Let me see. You wanna see. I’m not gonna balance it like I can hold the position but it’s really hard. Practice yeah it’s just a matter of strengthening the muscles that it takes to hold the position and then just practicing it. Do you think you are… Alright let’s watch Rebecca. I think it’s harder for me too because I’m taller. My butt is like longer. Let me see you do it. And I’ll be able to tell if I’m correct. Okay. Alright. Assumption so I did something I changed something and then it worked better. Yep. I think I’m right. Good job! Good job okay. Okay, I’m gonna tell you to change the one thing. What? Instead of having your arms out. Put them more like this, more like this? Yeah, like more like this to your head instead of like this. Yeah try that and see if it helps, okay like this? Am I right? Yeah, that’s good. I can really tell I’m getting better. Yeah, yeah, I can already tell yeah. It’s like there’s something like really really satisfying. About being able to hold that pose that you’ve been trying so hard to build it. Yeah, there’s another one that I want to do. I think it’s called The Crow, but I’m just afraid that I’m too big. These hallways are too small. Just try, show me. So basically you balance like that yeah. And then you do it sideways , there’s no benefit of doing in the hallway. Yeah That’s true. Kind of prop your knees up on onto your arms and their balance it. You use your hands to hold your body up and you lift your feet off the ground. Almost had it one time but it’s a hard one. Let’s go do it in the other room. You can try it if you want. I wanna try it. I know I can do it but not right now.. Ryan can do it, I know he can okay, okay? Yeah Okay, let’s try here Michael. Okay, okay? I don’t even know how to do it but I’ll try. Watch me… I don’t know what I’m doing. That’s it just keep your head off the ground. Now watch Ryan’s gonna do in the first try. Of course he is he’s Ryan. Like are you talking about doing this? Yeah I do that all the time. I sleep like that. Hey, that’s good you start to fall and you just go roll over. Do the perfect pose. It’s actually hurting my leg right here a lot. I was like I did it, my face. Just take your head like Ryan does and just do a summersault. Is that what you were doing? Yeah that’s how I do it. Becca we should do couples yoga sometime. Okay. What do you guys think? You think we should try a couple’s yoga and we’re not like yoga masters. Did you see that one? Tuck your head and roll. I think you should practice. I think you should do that cuz but in… This time intentionally go into a roll. Just to practice the roll. Yeah tuck your head like this…ouch. It was like my cheek bones. I know I saw it was funny. Did you film it? No I missed the filming I was filming myself. So you… I’m shaped differently. That’s all okay. I’ll try that. Try it. I have a bruised face.
