HOW TO CORRECT BOW LEGS IN ADULTS – Yoga Or Bow Leg Surgery?

experience. I have a private client, let’s call him Nick. And Nick has had two
complete knee surgeries. So in the process of doing the knee surgeries the doctors
also straightened his knees because he has been bow legged all his life. Actually when he was young he was K-legged, that means he had knock knees. Then when he was a
little bit older he had bow legs and that’s what it staid like. So the doctor said: Okay, let’s straighten those legs. So when I kept working with
him on the mobility of his hips and knee joints I discovered something. His body acted as if he was still bow legged. Meaning his whole system, the brain, the muscles, the tissues, the whole nervous system didn’t understand that he
was no longer bow legged. He used his body the way he used it before. What does that
tell us? Can you see that if we just change our legs and shape the bones but
do not train the body that everything stays the same? Meaning if after that
time, after the surgery we will continue the way we did before, can you see that
the shape of the legs actually returns back to square one. Back
to bow legs. So the question is, is that what you want? Is that going to be a positive impact on you and your life? The question only you
