Importance of breathing in Yoga

Yogic break is very important. That how much ever Asanas you
practise, Pranayam that you practise.. ..and the deeper your
breaths would be.. ..the more will be it’s importance! Your breath should come out while
bending forward, breathe out. When you bend backewards,
the strain is more.. ..you are going against the
@gracity, your breath should be inside. If you have a side bending.. ..then too breathe out, you are
coming in contact with the gravity! Going left side.. ..in which you are going
in a resting position.. ..in that your breath
should be out. Whenever you are going
anti-gravity.. ..your breath should be in. Remember, without breathing.. ..doing a Asana is keeping
ourselves in dark! You can have an accident
at any point of time! Because till the oxygen level will
not get balanced within you.. ..your carbondioxide won’t be out.. ..till then that Asana is
considered to be incomplete! This is why it is said,
breathe aerobic.. ..meaning breathing in the air
completely within ourselves.. ..after that when power
comes in the muscles.. ..that itself is helpful for you! The way we do Pranayam.. ..we take deep breaths
in Pranayam.. ..breathe in, hold, breathe out. Breathe in. Inhalation. Hold, exhalation. The same way during your
Asanas as well.. ..we should take in and
leave deep breaths. This is why while practising
Asanas.. ..the breathing plays
an important role.
