might have poor digestion or you might be facing some digestive system related
issues so today in this video I’m gonna share with you four simple tips which
you can do it very easily at home without putting too much effort and it
helps to improve your digestion so number one start your day with 1 or 2
glass of warm water drinking warm water helps to regulate your bowel movement
has to relieve constipation number 2 don’t drink water immediately after your
meal so give almost 30 to 45 minutes of gap between your meal and the water so
when you drink water immediately after your meal it dilutes all the nutrients
from the food so your body doesn’t get the required amount of nutrients from the 40
of the eating and also from my experience and from my clients when they
tell me that when they drink water immediately after their meal or maybe
after heavy meal they feel heaviness throughout the day other hand when you
don’t drink water when you give that gap you feel lighter so number three so if
in case you have had heavy dinner or you eaten a lot of fried food during your
dinner drink two glass one or two glass of warm water again just before go to
bed so basically with the fried food all the oil gets accumulated in in your
intense time and that is the that is a toxin which which is which gets
accumulated in your body so drinking this warm water helps to cleanse your
intense time it also helps in throat irritation so a lot of people get throat
irritation after eating fried stuff so it helps to prevent getting a throat
irritation or throat problems last but not the least
is yoga so yoga helps to strengthen your digestive system so there are lot of
poses like twisting forward bend which helps which works as a detox in your
body helps to release toxin and improve your digestion and strengthen your
digestive system so there is one pose called
over chess in which you can do it immediately after your meal you can just
sit and sit on the floor in waitressing and during watch lesson all your blood
flow is moved to your abdominal region and that helps to fast any improve your
digestion or it helps to fast in your digestion digestion so these are the
four simple steps which you can do it very easily at home and it will
definitely help to improve your metabolism as well as your digestion so
