night sleep they’ve had in a long time Iyengar yoga helps you build your
strength your flexibility your powers of concentration. On the physiological level
the asanas the postures help increase the efficiency of your organ systems
they help build your efficiency of the circulatory system, respiratory system,
digestive system, your nervous system, and even on a mental level
Iyengar yoga helps reduce your stress. I was one of these kind of unknown allergy
