The classes are based on the traditional
physical practice of Hatha yoga, taught in a fun and engaging style for children.
There are a range of classes to choose from depending on your required learning
outcome, but a typical class will include: calming, quieting, sitting, breathing
exercises, warming up movements, sun salutations, standing poses, balances seated poses and final relaxation. Class Yoga is
completely secular, suitable for all.
