Once Gina’s comfortable in her supported back
bend, then she can move this into an elevated twist on either of bolster or blanket, it
doesn’t matter whichever works for you. So she can also twist and stretch through the
side, realign her hip and her spine. So Gina’s just going to drop her knees over to one side,
good. It’s very important to get the proper blanket height and also have the bolsters
rolled up under your neck. Just remember the aim of this practice is to be very comfortable
and be able to breath and relax and release any tension for up to three to five minutes.
Now one thing that can help that is we place a blanket in between your knees that particularly
works for people who are pregnant. And that might make her come in to a little bit more
comfortable position. Anything to add comforts is what we’re looking for. Another thing we
could also add is the eye pillow, usually filled with some kind of aromatherapy, that
this one happen, particular has lavender in it. So Gina is just feeling great after a
long day of work.
