So I teach what called hatha yoga, it’s for
more of a mindfulness practice. They try to connect with their mind, body, and spirit
while they’re doing the yoga. So connecting with the breath, becoming more centered, the
physical postures aren’t really point of the practice. It’s more about getting connected
with their breath and themselves. So even if you’re a beginner in yoga, it’s something
that you could try and learn some of the techniques even for breathing to help regulate emotions
and to decrease anxiety.
