Hello, Welcome to F3 Yoga Meditation Channel Myself Yoga Guru Shambhu Sharan Jha & today I’ll explain about Meditation Meditation is one of the very important aspect There is saying, “Asana is more powerful than exercies. Pranayama is more powerful than Asana Meditation is more powerful than pranayama and is Intense Concentration (Samadhi) more powerful than Meditation. But these all are connected with each other People talk about meditation but now a days no body is able to do it People do mental exercise only, we have various types of meditation Unless your Vitality is pure then only you can meditate When you have pure Vitality automatically you will able to meditate and start having happiness in it When you have straight spinal cord and how to pure your Vitality To pure your Vitality you must sit 20-25 mins for one asana or do chanting As in while chanting, by default your Purak Rechak (Inhalation and Exhalation) is done Or you can do some pranayama and after that keep your spinal cord straight Either you meditate for 2 or 5 mins But make sure that your body doesn’t have burden even than the point of needle So mediation and chanting purifies your Vitality slightly And when we have completely pure Vitality then automatically we’ll be able meditate The way we’ll contain things, they’ll take the position as mediation has incredible powers in it It connects us with divinity and minute elements Bur first of all we have to purify our vitality and change our life style and eating habits We should understand about right eating habits and life style so that our vitality gets purify And once your vitality is pure then automatically you’ll be able to meditate So today I’m sharing few easy methods of meditation You can either sit in any normal position like this or in Sukhasana Or in any asana where you can easily sit for 5-10-15 mins And you can do Nadi Shodhana Pranayama like this(as shown in video) That was Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, inhaling long and deep breath and exhalin This was 1 rep and you will do 21 reps so that will be 1 set Do it 2-3 times and after that close your eyes and concentrate And we also chant Pranav which is OM. Since we are spiritual men hence we don’t enunciate mantra And since every mantra begins with Pranav i .e OM so you can anyway concentrate on it With Pranav i mean to say Omkar. OM. Om itself is a whole universe and om origins the universe You can also concentrate on this while meditation Though the universe is aware with the benefits of meditation but But if meditation is accomplished then a person will get unlimited powers “Ch Pinde Ch Brahmande” means human body equates with the universe Our body is made up of 5 element, Water, Fire, Air, Space and Earth So the entire universe and our body origins from there We get connected with Infinity and there is nothing impossible for us on this universe Everything is possible for us and we can react out on everything we look for So with a simple meditation you can reach out to the perfect level Perfect level where you can achieve anything you wish to and there is no doubt about it As from the ancient time its proven when it comes to meditation So just try to incorporate this in your life Further I’ll explain you about Chakra Dhyan & 136 types of dhyan With which your life blossoms you are successful and full of energy After doing pranayama you’ll feel lightness in your heart, mind and body Because that is meditation where your heart and mind become one When your heart and mind become one then your soul light up An animate which stays in our heart and the zero which stays in animate The soul which stays in that zero, when we start feeling light in that soul, that’s called ever lasting happiness Here only we concentrate on meditation So that was the one of the exact method of meditation You can follow this method and start doing it It has lot of physical benefits like your BP related problems, Spinal Cord You will have energy in body and muscles also calmness in your body too You’ll also have a different type of positive energy in your working lifestyle or occupation It is said that when you meditate about an particular element then you will get energy from the sky This will blossoms you, keep you healthy and strong So incorporate this in your life and surely you’ll be benefited Thank you
